Good morning everyone. Welcome to today's webinar where we're going to be talking about Sync. I'm just going to give you just a few seconds, maybe half a minute, just to make sure everyone's able to go into. This online webinar room So get yourself sorted and settled, maybe get coffee. very quickly and in just a minute we'll get started on today's Cools. All right, I think I'm quickly just gonna... get started showing our presentation here. So welcome to today's webinar where we're going to be talking about GS1 trading, so fundamentals. So how to use our product data sharing system. and the practicalities before we actually get started. So please keep your microphones and video turned off. Actually, I think the system does that automatically for you. And the reason for that. It's just to make sure there are no disturbances throughout the webinar. But even though the microphones are turned off, I would love to hear from you. You should have a panel on the right hand side of your screen. where there's an entry for questions. And I'd love to hear any questions that you might have. You're welcome to send your questions in as I go along if there's anything that's unclear or anything. needs a bit more explanation perhaps. ask your questions, but we'll summarize everything at the end of the session. Later on today, you'll have the session sent to you by email. It is being recorded. Yeah, so that will be sent to you. later on today. A little presentation of who I am and I'll remove Image here just for a second so you can get the full Phone number there as well if you need it. So my name is Carolina I work with our member services team here at GS1 Denmark where actually me and my colleagues in our team we assist with anything from becoming members getting barcodes, using barcodes and also using one of our systems including GS1 Sync which we've taught the system we're going to talk about today. We also have other systems like Trade Packaging perhaps you might know that's our system for EPR data. Yeah, so we help you with a lot of things. So don't hesitate to reach out to us. on our informations here. But as mentioned, we're going to be talking about tracing today. So the agenda for today's session is that we're going to be having a little introduction to what is Sync. What's the purpose of it? What is it used for? And then we're going to be looking a little bit about what is product data. Because actually, as you probably know, the system is to be sharing data with. So we're going to have a look at what actually constitutes product data and how should you handle it. How do you actually create a product in Sync? when you have that data available to you. After we've been looking at trade Sync, we're going to have a look at GS1 Trade Exact Trade Image R2. to supporting systems that sort of work alongside. with Sync and we're going to have a look at how to actually use these features for Exact images as well. And I hope that after we finish today's session that you feel sort of ready to get started creating your products in the system. and how I'm feeling of how the system works. So we're gonna jump right into the deep end. What is Sync? Why use it? Well, as you probably know already, so Sync is a system that allows you to share product data with your customers. And the purpose of tracing is actually to simplify that process of sharing your data with multiple. customers you might find our suppliers that you might find that they're very different processes of sending and share and handling your data. all depending on the customers. So maybe one customer requires an Excel spreadsheet, another one requires another Excel spreadsheet with slightly different information entered. maybe another customer has their own portal where you have to enter your information. And perhaps there's an external database yet again for images as if it's separate from the data. And having multiple processes can be E labor intensive, I think you can say. So the whole purpose of tracing is that you can create. and maintain all your product data and images in one place. and you can share that to multiple customers. at the same time. And as well as being so by creating all your data in one place and maintaining in one place. not only saves you a lot of time, But it also makes, yeah, and making your... you know, work more efficient, I suppose, but it also makes sure that everything's streamlined. It's consistent. And by data being consistent, that minimizes... the margin of error. So instead of having to to judge by every entry to each individual customer, how should this be entered. Well, by entering everything into one system. you have a consistent approach to entering your data. which heightens the quality of your data when it's also then used. by your customers. And your customers will find that process being simplified for them as well. So even though they're getting different product information from different suppliers, they're receiving it in the same format. So that makes that process much more easier and heightens the data quality. In Denmark there are already over 1200 companies that are members of GS1 Sync. But that's only part of our database in the Danish market here. So it's actually, so GSMON Sync is actually... What we call a data pool that is a part of the GDSN network. We call it this is short for Global Data Synchronization Network. Essentially what that means is that you can actually share data to other data pools. meaning internationally as well. So if you perhaps have a customer in, say, Sweden, That customer might be a member of Just when Sweden states a pool which is called Välidu well, then you are able to create your data in tracing and share it to your Swedish customers. because they're part of that same network. And the same goes the other way around. If you are a data recipient, if you receive data, and you have a supplier, perhaps in Sweden. where you're able to receive that data from. that supplier even though it's in a different database because it's all part of the same system. And just to illustrate that exchange, I suppose, our suppliers have Data you'll find yourself on the left hand side of the screen you enter your data into Sync. and you're able to actually share that same data to... both Selly Group and Co-op in Rema. and perhaps that Sweden often is a very close neighbor of ours where we share data too. It can be anywhere really, Germany or wherever you might be. Having a customer that will need your data so you can share everything from one place. And the same goes for the... receivers of data. So they will be able to receive different types of data from different suppliers, but in a streamlined way throughout through the same system. So it simplifies that process of handling with different customers. And we often get that question, well, what do I actually need to enter? What do your customers use your data for? you will find that your customers use data for different purposes. And I've got some examples here. So it can be anything from... basically receiving your products. So what are the warehouse information? How big is the pallet? How many cases does a pallet contain? It can also be... the product specific so all the product name the brand name, net content. All the allergens, all that information that then might be used for their internal systems. but also for web shops for instance they might be also using the dimensions to figure out exactly where should that be placed. And you're able to support that by using miljøgraduering images so they can actually plan that specific shell place for your product. or for how the labels are in front of the shelves, for instance, that can be be traced, taken directly from the system. Clearly images is a big part of your data as well. So whenever there's a campaign going and there's like a newspaper. We're coming out with showing the products that are available. Images can be used for marketing purposes like that one. There are also some data recipients who use specific parts of the data that has been sent. And that could be, for instance, public institutions like hospitals or public canteens. where perhaps they use specific parts of the ingredients or eligible information to make sure about that. confined for instance Yeah, these are just some examples. And essentially the data you then enter. This is just an example again how this can be used. So if you have a product, well, then you make sure that everything that's on the Packaging and all the dimensions, all the. data around the system, sorry, around the product. is entered into Sync. as it is on the product. And then you'll find it. I'll remove my... video here. This is an example where data is used on a webshop for instance. where you can see the ingredients list. the nutritional information. general product details you've got the images as well obviously the brand name and the product The brand name and the product name. And actually with this one, you also got marketing text, which is an additional thing you can enter into trading as well. So there are. This is just one example where data is used directly in a web shop. And then we might find ourselves. so ask, well, product data, why is it important? Often it's just something that's sent off so the products can be handled, but actually I really want to emphasize the accurate data and even good images for instance is a part of representing your brand. your products in the best possible way. through different channels. So one thing is that you really want to make sure that your products are represented best. as possible when it's actually presented to the end consumer. But there are also a lot of middle steps as well that you need to be considerate about. So if there is missing information or inaccurate information. that might hinder that process of your of your products being handled and put on the shelves for the consumers to buy. So. That could be for instance if the dimensions of the product aren't as expected. Well then suddenly that shell space that has been planned doesn't fit anymore so we'll have to find an alternative solution. It can also be that actually the content of the palette is not what expected so they don't have as many units as they were expecting, for instance, in the other end. It can also be for the end consumer. Let's say that I'm a really conscious consumer. I really want to look out for specific logos that are presented on the product. If I see... the same product presented on a web shop and those certification marks maybe are not there. I might choose not to buy that product. So it's really important that. You know, all your products are presented correctly in the best possible way. missing no information about them. so they can be handled properly. So, our are sort of The guide to you guys is that it's worth investing in your product's digital data. because it helps process your products along all the different levels of the... supply chain. All right, so what is product data? And just to illustrate again, It can be often more information than you. expect sometimes I suppose if you're creating products based on an excel sheet maybe sometimes not all information could be added. So just to show an example. Here's a pack of Hobnobs biscuits. Information that would be relevant for a typical product like this one could be, for instance, product type. Oh, and not to forget the GTIN, the barcode number, really important. We've got the dimensions, we've got the weight. Got the net content, got the ingredients. nutritional values and allergens and E numbers and additives claims. organic attributes, logos, specifications, product descriptions. etc. So often there's a lot of data that comes alongside that product more than just what is the name how how much does it take up of space, etc. and we generally recommend that you actually have the physical products in your hand. when entering your data to make sure that everything's Identical. I suppose you can call the data that's been entered into Sync is like additional twin of the product. So it's important that all the information is there, of course, but also that everything's written in the same way. So for instance, the brand name. would be sorry that's not all correct the product name will be instant as we know it on the Packaging same with the sub name the brand name Those are maybe some obvious ones, but often we also have some claims that a product is free from certain ingredients etc that's an important thing to also add into trade Sync We've got my little certification marks that can be hidden on the Packaging. or could be relevant. But most of the information is found on the back of the product. It could be storage instructions and net consent as we see here. Clearly the ingredients list is a very important... important one and the allergens are always marked in bold. actually there's an extra entry for allergens specifically to be able to easily get that information out from your customers. We also have the nutritional information that could be relevant for this type of product. We often have contact information that's placed on the Packaging. And obviously the barcode are we like in the middle there? So often It's worth having the physical product in your hand to make sure that whatever data it is that you're Entering actually correlates to what your customers will be expecting to receive. When you create your data in Sync, we actually... create the individual units separately so the single pack of hop knobs that we just saw before you will create that individually. It will have its own data entries. It'll have its own dimension, its own barcode number. and all the relevant information on Packaging will be relevant to the base unit. But this base unit comes in a case. So you would actually create the case afterwards separately. because they have their own values, you'll have the dimensions for the case, it'll have its own bug. Code number. You can actually see also it's in ready sales Packaging. So you can just rip off the top. That's also something you would mention in trade Sync. So there will be a set of regardless of how you guys have your hierarchies. But essentially, each unit will be created individually. but then you share it as a collected hierarchy. So when your customers receive it, they'll see the whole hierarchy, all the units, but they can actually go into the individual units as well and see the specifications. for those individual units. So generally when you work in tracing it's very important that you actually create all the units first. before you share anything and then you share the whole hierarchy together. and I really want to show you guys some images. Well, actually, I've... So we've created a video for you guys to show. We really want to illustrate how and There we go. I really want to illustrate how a product is created in tracing so we've got a little video for you it's about eight minutes long And essentially we go through the process of creating that pack of hobnobs and the two units. and the point of the video is to just give you an idea of How, where to click for one, but also how how does the system react to the different entries that you make we don't actually go through all the entries because this will always vary depending on the product. But this is an example to show you how the system is built up and how you get started creating your your products. So please pay attention to this one. And in a couple of minutes, I will be back. And we'll sum up more tracing points and go on to the next point. it's in the program as well When you log into GS1 Sync, you will see your dashboard. Here you can always see an overview of all the data you have registered in the system. To create product data, go to your items overview. This is where all your existing products will be listed. To create a new product, Click New Item. You can choose to create a new blank item, new item from template, or you can copy an existing product or hierarchy. In this example, we are creating a new product from scratch. and therefore select New Blank Item. To start, we need to enter Basic data about the product. Start by entering the product's GTIN, which is the barcode number on the individual pack, You always create the smallest unit in the hierarchy first. Please note that all GTIN must be entered using 14 digits. So if you have a 13 digit GTIN you need to add our leading zero. The product hierarchy level code should be base unit or each. Select Denmark as the country of sales code if the data is intended for your Danish customers Select fast-moving consumer goods as a sector. To the question is trade item a variable unit? We in this instance say false. Variable item trade units are products that can vary in weight. such as meats, fruits and cheeses, and that have weight variable barcodes on them. Because this unit is intended for the end consumer, we here select true for is trade item a consumer unit. Should there be any errors or missing information indicated in red, the checklist in the bottom right hand corner will help you with an explanation. And should there be any doubt what any of the fields should mean, there will be a question mark you can select with an explanation too. On the next page, you need to select the GPC. which is short for Global Product Classification. You here need to find the code that defines your product. And this code is important as it determines what information is required when entering and sharing your data. You can search by entering keywords such as biscuit, Or you can navigate through the categories. In this example, we select food beverage. Bread Bakery Products Biscuits cookies and finally biscuits cookies shelf-stable. You do not need to complete the additional fields below. Just click save. The preliminary item status code should remain unchanged as final. and then confirm by clicking create. You will then be directed to the draft where you enter the information regarding your base unit. As soon as you have created your draft, it will be visible on your items overview. This means that you can always save your work and return to completing the entry slates I've needed. Drafts are only visible to you. Your product data has not been shared yet. Inside the draft, you will see several red fields. These are mandatory fields that must be completed before you can publish your data. You do not have to enter the white fields. I will get back to these later. The red fields are highlighted both in the checklist on the right and as categories on the left. Which fields are highlighted is determined by the selected GPC category code. Because we have selected the GPC code, Biscuits, cookies, dry goods. The system knows that information such as allergen information and nutritional information are required. When entering data, I personally prefer going through the highlighted categories on the left. As the entries are made, Threat markings will disappear. As before, you will see that there is a question mark. to the right of every field explaining what information should be entered into that particular field. Please note that when entering the trade item description, you should not repeat the brand name or net content as part of the short product name. Use only the relevant field for that particular information. All required entries have now been completed for the base unit. There may be only one remaining error which concerns the field is Trade Item Notable Unit, where no has been selected. You should only select yes if this unit is actually an audible unit for your customer. Once you have created the case, and selected yes to indicate that is your audible unit. this error on the base unit will disappear. You can therefore simply ignore the error here. Once all required fields are completed, you may still see some yellow warnings. These appear because, based on the selected GPC code, This information is often provided for this type of product. But it's not mandatory. Therefore, the fields are not marked in red as errors. but in yellow as warnings. We here strongly recommend checking the physical product. If the information appears on the Packaging, it must also be entered in Sync. Remember to enter the text exactly as it appears on the product. All entries must be identical in GS1 tracing as they appear on the product. If the information does not appear on the Packaging, simply leave the field blank and ignore the warning. If there is additional information on the Packaging that has not yet been entered, Make sure to enter these as well in the relevant fields. This can be certification marks or claims such as free from artificial colouring, and free from artificial flavour. If you need to add additional fields, Then click the three dots on the right hand side and select add another. There may be other white fields that may be relevant for you to answer. This could be field 1083. with marketing information about the product or 4444 marketing description of the product. Brand. or you can upload images under assets. When you have finished entering all the data for your base unit, Do not publish anything yet. We need to create the case first. To create a case unit, click Add to Packaging at the top of the screen. and then new Packaging. You will then again see the page where you again enter Basic data. but now relating to the case. And the GTIN for the case. Select case as the product hierarchy level code. and select false for a straight item at consumer unit. The system already knows the GPC code and the base unit. Just enter how many base units the case contains. Then click Next and Create. Now you need to enter the relevant information for the case. If you click the hierarchy button in the lower right hand corner, You can see how the hierarchy is constructed. The base unit and the case are created separately. but together they form a single hierarchy. If you send your product to your customers on a standardized pallet, and that palate does not have its own GTIN. select true for its trade item at dispatch unit here. This Activate pallet related fields under the categories GTIN Logistics Unit Information, in trade item hierarchy. When these are entered, your customers will also receive the pallet information. When all required information has been entered, click Publish Preview. By default, data is shared as public, but via this button, You can change the setting and make your data restricted to a single data recipient. or to a data recipient group. When you are ready, click Publish. In the item overview, the units will now appear as published and live. meaning that your data is active and available for your data recipients. When there are multiple units in a hierarchy, it is important that only the top unit has Has the publication status published as the case is here? Underlying units must appear as live. as the base unit does here. If you later need to edit the information, you can do so by selecting the product with a checkmark and clicking Edit, which will take you back to the draft. Make your changes and publish the product again in the same way as before. The only thing you cannot change is the GTIN. the barcode number. Everything else can be edited. When working on the i-TIMS page, You can customize the overview to show the information that is relevant. We recommend adding the checklist column to your view. as well as data quality status if you make use of the GS1 Transact service. Hej igen I hope that this video gives you a little... Oh, sorry Oh, I just went into Danish there for a second. That's just automatic. I hope that video gave you a bit of an insight to how the system works. and how you can go about starting creating your products. in the system here. And just to sum up a couple of things. One of the first entries you had to make. for the product was to choose to keep GBC code. and I just wanted to underline what the purpose of that was again. So the whole system is built up on validation rules. more data models as well. So When you choose a GBC code, essentially the system tells you what information is necessary for that type of product. you are not able to publish data that has any missing information, so any red fields in the system. But Please note, however, that sometimes the requirements actually can change over time. So maybe legal changes are made to some information has to be entered. and that is the reason actually we recommend adding the checklist to your overview. and because let's say you have a colleague who's created a product years ago, originally. That was fine. We were able to publish that product. It lived up to the requirements that it had at the time. But if there has been any new legal requirements or just new expectancies to the data that's been sent. Well, then the data that is shared already. will actually get that error mark, even though it's... or it's something that's shared. So this is especially important if you are someone who's new in a company. company who is overtaking the role you know you might find yourself how is that possible that there are areas on product that are actually already published. Well, that will be because the product was originally without any errors. But since there's been some changes. for the requirements for that type of product. and you need to make sure that's added or changed or whatever that requirement might be. We actually had quite a big release in February, I think it was, where we... has some changes to some product types. actually collective scheme was one information that's now relevant for for most. There were also some changes for like honey and like for eggs So there are some specific product types that have some changes to their... requirements. If there are any big changes, we always inform you. So please sign up. For our newsletters as well, to make sure you are up to date should there be any upcoming changes, we try to let you know. If there's something you should be conscious of. But that is basically what the errors mean. It means that it has been published. Originally it was without. Any errors at all, but since there's been some changes and you need to make sure that your customers get all the updated information that they will need about that product. So include the checklist in your item overview. That's my recommendation. But in general, like... Don't be scared of just exploring your way around the system, as we mentioned in the video. You know, when you start creating something, it's a draft. So nothing's shared until you finally publish. And we would highly recommend that you actually try to go through that whole process, do the base unit and the case. And the outer case, if you've got multiple levels. And then, you know, if you have any questions to the entries, write the number down for that entry and give us a call. Call will be happy to make sure that you're not you know that you do it correctly and you're not you know and clarity in terms of what it might be. So. This was actually my last slide specifically about tracing. But before I go on to the next part of the... program, I really want to underline that Sync That is the system where you share your data in. So, Sync is a system where you create your data, you share your data, you edit your data. So all your data sharing processes is in that system. But we have these two other services called GS1 Trade Exact and GS1 Trade Image support that data that is entered in Sync. And I'm going to start with trade image. So. As we mentioned in the video, you are able to upload your own photos. You control your data and you can upload your own photos. But you might find that you have customers who are expecting certified product images. And what does that mean? So So So When you make use of our GS1 Trade image service your products, your images are not only good quality. You know, there's a certain standard in terms of the quality of the product. but it also means that they are uploaded. correctly in a certain format that also follow our standards. So the naming of the individual files. the format of the files, the pixel requirements, etc. etc for whatever image type that you're uploading If your customers require certified images, it will have to be done by a certified role. such as this GS1Trade image. You are also able to get a certification yourself, so you can upload your own photos that are then noted as to be certified. So this all depends on your customers as well and the requirements for the photos. So ask them if there are any insecurities there. But essentially, we can take your photos. for you and they are certified and So yeah, when they're uploaded. So the options we have that you... you can buy from us. Most of our customers buy... the pack that's called Image standard pack and that basically includes pack shots and So that's like the essential Packaging I think. that the retail of food service industry required. to get if they want certified images. So most of our members use the pack shots. and planogram with Image standard pack but you can also get pack shots with styling if you want add anything extra there. If you've actually got products that you need to send to your customers. to do marketing purposes whatever they might need the products for but you don't actually have the physical product yet Then you can also buy CGI images. So we basically create Image for you, even though the physical The product isn't available to you yet. That is another thing we do. We also do environmental images. which, as they're called in Danish, so essentially they are arranged, set up as you'd like them to be presented. So these are the options for images that we take. And the process is. quite straightforward after you made your order you You submit or you send your product to us in our department in Ballerup. We take the photos that you've booked to get done. and then essentially we actually upload them directly to Sync. So you don't actually have to do any manual handling afterwards at all. We make sure that the images are connected to the data. that is already created in Sync. What we then do with the physical product after taking your photos, that's completely up to you. we can return them to you or make sure they're disposed of or they can be donated to a charitable cause. And just to give an illustration of where do you then find your images in Sync. Again, you control all your data sharing in Sync. So you can go into the draft. That's where you can see all the images and you can edit in there as well. I personally just really like to add that media overview that column that you can see highlighted in Blue so if you add media then you can see if there is a photo and also by clicking view all you can get a really easy overview of all the photos that are part of that data that has been sent. If you have a role within the company that purely works with images, you could use the button called media on the top front there. using the media view. it gives you access to only images so it's a very easy way to handle all the images that could be connected to your product and make Image changes that So these are the options. Trade Exact other service. is actually placed in the same place as well. It's in Ballerup. And the purpose of Trade Exact that we actually look at the physical product. and check that it actually is exactly the same as presented. in trade Sync so we'll send the physical products into us we're actually going to be zooming into what is actually stated on the product and make sure that correlates. to the data that's entered in Sync. The process is very similar in terms Image with the first part anyway. So you deliver the... ...products to our department in Bellero. So often people will book both... images and data quality check Exact service. At the same time and you send the whole product out to us. we actually call it to your show. both the base unit and the case. We quality assure two units in one go. as part of the same order. So when you send the product, you send a full case to us. We then weigh. to the units, we measure them, we look at what's stated on there, etc. etc. And I've actually only just said that we quality assure. products, we actually also create them for you. So you actually have two options. You can create the products first in Sync and then have us quality assure the data, but you can actually also skip. skip that part of creating product you can just send the product to us and we can create it for you so these are the two options But regardless, you're always going to receive an inspection report. Afterwards to say what is entered in tracing now. And what is the inspected value? what have we seen to be on Packaging. And I'm just going to remove Image here so you can see it. A bit more of that report in case you haven't seen it before. Let's see. So you'll have the four columns here. So what is the fuel that we have checked? What is the original value, meaning what is... entered into tracing now, then we have the inspected value, meaning what is the value that we have seen. presented on the Packaging and also a result is this something that is then correct or do you need changes? to be made because When the data in Sync matches exactly the information that we have seen. to be present on the product, then the unit will be appearing as valid. And actually the validation reports are also found in trade Sync in the portal then. So if I... If a product has been quality assured by us, you can under the action button on the line for that product you'll have the option to download a data quality report. So click actions, click data quality report, then you'll be shown the screen on the right hand side. where you can download the news report. of that. unit And before I go on to the next slide. Please note that on the left hand side we have added the data quality. status as part of your overview as well. We recommend this if You make use of Exact service. because they are different. statuses, I suppose you can call it, that could be relevant then for you to perhaps act on. So If a product has not been checked by us, or not yet, hasn't completed the check anyway, well, then it will be not inspected. The unit has not done it. been expected by us. The second option is invalid. And if it says invalid, well, that means that the unit has been inspected by us. but data has not been corrected. according to the validation report. So it hasn't been... changed based on the things that we have seen. needs to be answered. Once the data in Sync matches exactly what we have inspected, and that yeah it's been changed tracing then the unit has been uh then it will get this this green valid stamp and that basically means it has been inspected and the data is valid Sometimes, however, we do make changes to our products. So if a product has been changed, has been quality assured by us, but you perhaps made some changes. So your Packaging is slightly bigger. Or you might have made a slide rendering in your ingredients list, whatever it might be. Well, of course, the first thing you do is you go into Sync and you change that data and send it off to your customers so they can see. the updated information. But then you will see that their status will change to be re-inspection needed. And that means that a unit has been inspected, it has been valid, But data has since been changed. So you then have two options and I'm going to remove Image here again so you can just see the little box here because if you click on the y button next to invalid or next to reinspection needed This kind of box will appear and it'll show you what field is it that differentiates in the information. It will say then what's in tracing now and what is it that we have validated. So you always have the option to just change the data so it matches what we have expected and it'll be valid. But of course, if there has been changes and the new changes, the new information is relevant. then you can order a label check or have it rechecked by us so the new information is also then. The user service also helps you quite a lot. So Sorry, my mouse is. There we go. When you go into the draft where you enter your information or if you want to change your information. You might see that there's like a blue stamp On the right hand side of the fields where you enter information. If your product has been quality assured by us, then you'll see them on the right hand side of of those ends that are relevant. Okay, so I'll try to rephrase this. So we don't check all the information. But we check everything that I've seen and... have felt, I suppose, on the Packaging. So if you change your dimensions, if you change your ingredients list, if you change your product. name for instance then there will be a blue stamp on the right hand side telling you if you change this information This might affect Exact stamp. or validation stamp. But we don't check how the palette is built. We don't check your marketing. information. There are certain fields that doesn't influence Exact check that we that we conduct. So if there's a blue stamp then that means this is an Exact field. If there's no blue stamp, then you can edit it without it having an influence on your validation mark. If you want to make use of our GS1 Trade Exact and GS1 Trade Image service, you need a subscription to these. You can buy them on GS1, your... which you can access through Our webpage Once you have a subscription, then you're able to make orders. And all that communication is made in my GS1. one. So this is separate. So again, the data is handled in Sync. But when you make orders for us, you go into the web. page and log into My GS1. This one where you can see the subscriptions you have. And by clicking either the trade Exact trade image button, you'll go directly to the order form. and actually it doesn't really matter which one you click if it's Exact trade Image you have both descriptions because it's the same order form and you can and you book either one or both on that same order form if you want to use Image service or Exact service That's actually my last slide. So Just to sum up what we have covered. today so There's a lot of data to take into consideration when you're sharing your product data with your customers for different purposes and tracing enables an efficient data sharing process when doing that. I hope you got an insight into how trading works, how you actually click to. to get started creating your products and how to make use of our Exact and Image service, how to make your orders and how to just. Use the user surface in Sync to see what's been done. And I really hope that you feel ready to start creating your products in the system. And one thing I haven't actually mentioned is that there are lots of guides available. to you as well on our webpage. But this is our last point. I always leave out a little bit of room for questions. So there's a lot of time to go still. and There is one question here. So I'm just going to. find that one There's a really good question here and I'm just going to share it here. So is it better to delete all products with errors and start over? No, I would not do that. I would basically... When there's an error, there'll be a see all button. So just by clicking that. You can see what is it that needs to be changed and very often it's just one information. So I would not start over. I would just go into the draft. and make that one change and then publish it again. And then your customers will have that. updated information without one missing. entry that was That wasn't, yeah. As it should be. But I think it's very interesting talking about the deletion of products. and You actually pay for So the payment for using the system is actually for how many... Any active data you use in there. And we really have an interest in making sure that all the data that is in Sync is is correct and up to date and relevant. So if you have a lot of... of products in the system. that is not relevant at all, it's not being sold on anymore, your customers don't need the data about it anymore. well then it would be worth considering deleting the products. There is also the option of... and I'm stuck with the English words now. It's called an deklarering. So you can basically... You can always delete the products obviously, but if you want to save the data. because you might have to republish it at a later date. It could be, for instance, especially for seasonal products let's say you want to They share dates, but Christmas calendars, that might be the season for that already now. But let's say you have a seasonal. products that is only relevant in periods, you can then change it to have a different status. So instead of deleting it, you can change it to a different status. So it's not draft, but it's actually something that is. something I can't remember the name now there's a it'll be marked with a specific name that makes it obvious that it's something that is not shared. but you have saved it and makes it possible to easily. publish that unit again at a later date if need be. No questions have come in, so I hope maybe I've... given you all the information that you needed today. I'm giving you another minute. Please give me your questions if you should have anything that you're unsure of. I didn't really mention before during the webinar that we have a lot of guides available. Most of them are primarily in Danish. but some of them also in Danish and we're working on getting all of them. into English as well. So if you have any insecurities about, for instance, how to delete products. or how to upload images or how to maybe use templates. There are all these different guides available to you to make the process more efficient for you when you start creating products. If there are no further questions, I might... Leave it to that then.
