I'm just trying to see here, because the last part is actually the essential part. Hi everyone and welcome to a session on how to get started working with your Packaging data within GS1Trade. about how to handle it. Packaging and The ambulance itself, otherwise we just walk through it slowly, so it's not a problem. Before we get started, we have some practical information. Thanks. on how this webinar setup is. But it would be nice if we could finish it. your microphone and camera are turned off. Oh, sorry. any questions that you might have, you are more than welcome to address them here in the panel. Sorry, that was supposed to be in English, of course. course i just assumed that this was in the danish we're just going to rewind that at the right and then we will address them at the end. And this webinar is recorded and will be sent through email afterwards. I hope that you can see everything. We're just going to give a few moments for the last ones to attend. I could also get some comment that I'm speaking Danish. And So sorry. But after that, I assumed that we could start in there. Yeah, sure. I'm just going to rewind that and do this in English. I think that we had some issues with the video and the last part of the video is actually how to do the Packaging. And welcome everyone who has just joined. Our webinar. You can see a bit about the practical information here. Classification is kind of the most essential part. just how this webinar setup is and how the practical information is around it. So we're just looking into whether or not we can to Who is? do that part one more time otherwise i'm just going to take you We're just waiting on the last ones to attend. through it from the illustration that's also But I assume, yeah, in a few moments we will see how... But let's just see. The attendees are attended. One more time. The jar is our main hovedkomponent. this webinar. as it is our heaviest hovedkomponent. The jar has the label as an integrated hovedkomponent Perfect. I think that everyone has been seen. So welcome everyone. which means they are classified together. And the lid is a separate hovedkomponent. and let's get started on how to start healthy working with your Packaging data with images. and is classified on its own. I begin with the jar. One sweet Packaging. First I specify an overall material category. Just a short introduction to me as well. in this case glass. My name is Malin Busk and I'm a part of GS1 Denmark. Based on the selected material category, a list of design requirements will appear and need to be filled out. And This is what we're going to go through today. This agenda has been made specifically I click edit. for the ones who need to get started working with Packaging data in an easy or the easiest way. So we are starting with a few blocks. We are starting with... The introduction both to the extended producer responsibility EPR in general here in Denmark. Afterwards, we are moving towards who is GS1. this one and how can GS1 trade Packaging then actually help you to comply with the new legislation. and have your Packaging data under control. When we have addressed that, then we are moving towards the part where we are actually going. ...into the system or we are showing you how to work within the system. So we have a few illustrations on how to actually view your Packaging data so how you know whether we are speaking of hovedkomponent or Packaging units or Packaging systems even. and then based on these illustrations. how to do that within the system. and then we have a short video of working within. And after that, we are building a bit more knowledge of Haned. as the environmental classification are Essential when you're working with Packaging data. So it is necessary to have a... a good idea on how to do this task of working. with a Packaging classification. So it's a what material category your hovedkomponent is, the design criteria and even the waste category. But this is always something that we are going to address. the video when we have Basic knowledge And then we have a few best practices on how to collect. Packaging data, how to maintain Packaging data and also how to to get started if you are completely from scratch. And then at the end of the session, if you have any questions, then we will. collect them all and then ask them in a round of questions. So let's just get started building. of our knowledge about Packaging. producer responsibility actually the extended producer responsibility here for Packaging in Denmark This is based on the EU Packaging Directive. and were implemented on the October 31st, 2025. So it has been up and running for a few months. Just in short terms, it means that before the October 31st 31st in 2025 than it were the municipalities in Denmark. who would collect and handle and Yeah, just manage all of the Packaging that has been brought into Denmark. This responsibility has now been moved from the municipality. to the companies... who are actually responsible for that that Packaging is even in Denmark. So that It sets a lot of requirements for companies. to know a bit about what their Packaging actually consists of. that they need to deliver. for the local PROs to actually do this task. The producer responsibility organizations are the ones who handle all of the operations. operational parts so the collecting of the Packaging making sure that everything runs smooth for us as a consumer but also for business to business. but they are reliant on the companies who actually know what their Packaging consists of can deliver those informations. And this is where GS1 Denmark has built a Packaging system. as a not-for-profit organization where you can manage your Packaging data. Making sure that you are compliant with the legislation. in the most easiest way. so you don't have to create this big system. It just... just to comply with legislation and where you can actually get some value. of having your Packaging data in a system. We're not going to deep dive into this illustration, this is just to simplify. who the key stakeholders in this legislation actually is. So there is this Ministry of Environment or the Ministry of Environment here in Denmark. They are responsible for implementing EPR, solar legislation. They did that. at the October 1st No, the October 31st, 2025. Then it hit or affected the producers. So this is where a They needed to declare exactly and know what type of Packaging they are bringing into the market in order for them to do so and to get that. moving on so everything can run smoothly those informations should be brought to the local PROs, producer's responsibility. organization who can then tell the authorities based on these informations from company. ABC, they are responsible for these amounts of glass in in that type of area so and then they can plan everything about How the collection of the Packaging can actually work. We as a not-for-profit organization are just based below between the producers and the local PROs. so that the producers can enter our system. creating Packaging data. then sent that for the report for declaration to the PROs and then they can take it from there to make sure that everything thing runs smooth Just in Denmark we are a neutral not-for-profit organization. We are actually a part of a global organization. We are in 116 countries where there are plus 2 million. companies who are part of a Cheers One organisation. And we are most known for the ones with the barcode. the barcode that you see in the supermarket but also the product data behind the barcode When you scan it, this is where in you need to make sure that regardless of where you scan your packet, you know, like your product and then you are sure that it is the truth and it is the easiest ...way to handle it. Packaging data and product data and how to share it. when you are working with an easy standardized way. When we are addressing, we are a standard organization and we are created by the industry and made for the industry and our needs. standards are just aligned with what our members needs and what we actually offers. So there is an alignment on We only exist on this to work out, to make easy for our members. And this is actually why standards matter when we are addressing Packaging data. as when you are creating. Packaging data for the first time. And making sure you need a solid foundation of what you need to share and how you need to structure it. when this legislation hits a lot of companies. And this data needs to move around in a lot of different ways. both through the PROs, maybe even through your clients. or to your suppliers. you need to have it in an easy standardized way so that Everyone is agreeing. on what actually has been said. It is more easy to grasp the mythology behind it when you see... the different types of power plugs that you need when you are traveling. As a consumer, this is a Quite annoying whenever you need to. to travel to another country you need to find Exact Adapter. That is. present in that country that you are traveling to. before you can charge your phone or your electronic device or anything that you need to do just to get some power. if there could just be one. power plug then that would be much more simple for us. to travel or just to have that done in general. And it has actually... It was something that was up to opinion in the EU. Through Parliament, but it was not widely accepted, which is why we are Meeting this today when we are traveling. And If you just imagine that this is the same thing when you are handling... Packaging data where there are Excel sheets and PDFs and it Are you sure that you are speaking of the same type of Packaging as I'm speaking of? This could just make things way worse. and if we do not have a standardized way of how to share and handle Packaging data. So that is kind of the idea behind it. It This is one of my favorite illustrations as this just sets in stone. what the extent of producer responsibility practically actually is. What you see here is how the Packaging moves. So this is kind of the physical flow of Packaging. companies with producer responsibility. they're bringing Packaging to the Danish market. they make a product available in store. then a consumer or a company buys it, brings it home to their household or ...the Nautilus store and then it becomes waste. So the Packaging is in waste bins or... Yeah, however that flow is. And then when it has been waste, there is some collection. where the waste handlers collect the Packaging. and sorted in the different waste. processes there is and if there are any good raw materials for production there then Bringing that back into circulation. in the market for raw material. and then it kind of has its Oh, sorry, go ahead. This is actually what the municipality has been responsible for before and now this is something that companies are responsible for. ...before whenever you were selling a product in the Danish market. Eh. But since not every company can have an agreement with a... waste collectors to say you can expect five kilo of class in this. in this area that would just make Yeah, that would make no sense. This is why and how it... Producer's responsibilities are created and why they need to do they can lift that task. So you just become a member of a local and it is actually a requirement. and then they can handle all of this physical flow. So all of the contracts and everything they will handle. But in order for them to do so, then they need some information. They need to know how much plastic are they expecting in the different areas. and how much kilograms of all of the other Packaging users. So they need to plan. how this can actually work. When they need to do that, then they need some information from the ones who actually has it. such as the companies with producer responsibility. So that is actually the companies who are bringing in Packaging they need to say or let the PROs know exactly what is going into circulation and the volumes and so on. And this is where I just want to read Packaging lives. as you as a company can then making sure you can structure your Packaging data within just one trick Packaging. making sure that you address all of the information that the local PROs need and then you can simply say Okay, so these are kind of some benefits. what is, yeah. what is important to address. In this slide specific is when we are looking into PPWR. and the waste Packaging, waste regulation. that actually sits in here in August. This is the future proof. system We will keep adding on to making sure that we are and the system is compliant to what is being necessary and actually a necessity in order to having Packaging data. in the future. So you are sure that you are a future cruise with a ...coming legislation. This is a system of course building collaboration with the industry. So thank you so much for everyone. who has attended and joined and collaborated. with us in this system, we will of course continue to do so. And now we are moving towards the part of this where we have addressed. Who is GS1 and what is the Extended Produce Responsibility and how does it all work? it together and what is the task exactly. This is the part where we are addressing what is Packaging data and how can you actually do so. quite specific within the system. So the first thing that you would need to do is to view your Packaging as hovedkomponent. You will actually view your products as Packaging hovedkomponent. So if I were a gem producer, This would be my product, Strawberry Jam. and when I have the finished product the one that has been bought into the store and this is actually the product that I'm viewing as Packaging hovedkomponent. I need to make sure that I have all of the Packaging elements within that. in Roneet Sudhushu. So I have my product, then I separate it. into the different hovedkomponent that it actually consists of. So it consists of a glass, the jar itself, This is the main hovedkomponent. This is the one that weighs the most and is also the one that kind of determines when I'm done with my Packaging or my product. So there is the main hovedkomponent, which is the glass. then there is the integrated hovedkomponent Believe it. The label will follow the glass. So whatever I'm doing as a consumer with my glass real gym door then that would be E connected with the label. So here in Denmark, I would as a consumer in my own high school, I would grab the glass when I'm done with that. place it in the waste bin in the waste bin then there would also be the label. And when I drop, that glass within the waste bin it will go into million pieces. But there was also, of course, the label, as I as a consumer would not see. or separate my label. from my gym drawer This is how you work with integrated hovedkomponent and main hovedkomponent based on the legislation. Whenever you have some integrated hovedkomponent or some hovedkomponent that will follow another element, then you... Have to address it and you are speaking of integrated and mean communication Bonus So just remember that and if you have that, yeah, then... you need to address it in order to be compliant with the legislation. There is also the LID, you could argue that is also an integrated hovedkomponent When you are finished with the product, then you it put the lid back on the glass and then put that into the beast. Glass bin as well. if you have any separate hovedkomponent. This could actually be kind of a toothpaste. When you have a tooth paste, then there could be this carton. where your toothpaste is placed in. when you bring that home or buy it as a consumer and bring it home. then the card that would be sort of too cotton. at first and you will then have the toothpaste afterwards. then the cotton would be a separate hovedkomponent as this has another waste flow. This will not follow that as I'm making that Yeah, I'm getting rid of that before I'm moving into to my toothpaste. when you have those three elements. You have a glass, which is the main hovedkomponent. You have the label, which is the... the Integrate hovedkomponent you have the Lid which could be integrated or separate hovedkomponent together they are a Packaging unit. This Packaging unit is something that I can then attach or associate to another product. So when I'm a jam producer, I might both have. gem jar, strawberry jam or or Raspberry Jam or Black Currant Jam. and different kinds of varieties. I can then create all of my products with the GTIN and the product information. and do the associations with Exact same Packaging unit. So I only need to create my Packaging unit once. as is Exact same Packaging who has made. or that has been made across multiple products. this can save you some time. And this also is where you need to make sure that everything is correct here on that specific hovedkomponent and that specific Packaging unit as it has been connected to all of the products. Of course, there are different ways and there are different types of products where that could be relevant. And this is just to bring another example. It could be medicine. It could be vitamins. it's the Exact thing or there's actually also the box the card that could be a sip hovedkomponent as you would get rid of that before you are finished with the bottle as well so you have the the card and the box and then you have the plastic bottle and then you have the integrated hovedkomponent with this label and maybe also integrated hovedkomponent with the lib so we hovedkomponent within that Packaging unit You need to do the environmental classification on the main hovedkomponent and on the separate hovedkomponent. You don't need to do it on the integrated hovedkomponent as this would not be necessary. it is actually quite important that you do not do the Packaging classification on the integrated hovedkomponent. as you would then let the PROs know that they can expect a lot of amount of paper but they will never see that paper as it is been glued on the main hovedkomponent. So this is where it just makes it. it's quite important that you do the Packaging classification at the the bottle and at the box and not the integrated hovedkomponent such as the label when you have done all of that hard work creating your Packaging hovedkomponent, connecting them into a Packaging unit. then making the associations to the products. This is where you can start to see the benefits of having that in a system. because that's do some calculations on this is how the fee looks what for this month and if we create or change our Packaging to another type of material. This is how it would look like better for the environment and also, yeah. for the companies as well. maybe when you sell Packaging when you sell products not Packaging when you sell products, you could have the need and responsibility for decorating everything. in the Packaging system so the chain of Packaging whenever this leaves your warehouse So your product could be the palette itself. if you have some numbers and you need to declare that. in our system in GTIN-13 Packaging you have a tab called Packaging systems and this is actually a Packaging system where the system is based on the primary Packaging parts That would be the jam jar, the secondary Packaging part. That would be the box where you are Packaging your jam jar in. and then the palette and maybe even the LDPE palette wrap around the palette. You can have a responsibility for all of those information and then you can structure. than here in the Packaging systems tab. This will all make sense. I highly advise you to have or take mental pictures of those illustrations before we are moving into the system as these can really help you with some visuals on what Packaging is, it is a good way to start. Just to view your Packaging as Your product adds Packaging hovedkomponent Yeah, so I'm just going to show you these illustrations just quick before. so they are fresh in mind and then We are actually moving towards the part where we are watching the video on how to do Exact So creating hovedkomponent. Packaging units, product and systems and doing the environmental classification. And afterwards we are addressing the environmental classification. just watch When logging into the system, you first land on this dashboard. Peach. This page provides a quick overview of the hovedkomponent, units, and products you're working with in the platform. As you can see, I have prepared in advance and have already created some elements. In GS1 trade Packaging, products and their Packaging is initially separated. This ensures flexibility If the same Packaging is used across multiple products, you can maintain this data in one single place. We'll start out by creating a product. I navigate to the Products tab where we create and maintain our products. In this example I will use Jam as my product. When creating a product, we need to provide the brand name, A description of the product A product ID, D and the net content. As a GS1 organization, we always recommend Identifying the product using the GTIN But this is optional. Now the jam product is created. As you can see, there are no data fields related to the Packaging on the product page. These data fields only relate to what's inside the Packaging. the product itself. Let's navigate to the Packaging Master Data tab to add the Packaging data. Our Jam product consists of Packaging with three hovedkomponent. A lit. a label and the jar itself. We'll start out by creating the lid. The hovedkomponent must be given a meaningful name so that we are able to identify it later. You can choose to include the material type and wait in the name. We choose the element type a material type, and enter in the weight. Next we create the jar for the jam product. We also give it a meaningful name. We specify the element type, A jar? and the material type glass Then we enter in the weight of the jar. The third hovedkomponent, the product label. highlights another feature in GS1 trade Packaging. In the system we can specify whether the hovedkomponent is made of a monomateriale or kompositmateriale, meaning that it consists of multiple material layers. In this case we're dealing with a kompositmateriale and the different layers must be specified. Our label is made of paper with a Packaging of LDPE. At the top we enter the weight of the entire label and then we specify for each layer. Paper, which weighs one gram. and the LTP plus coding. which also weighs one gram. The label is also a so-called integrated hovedkomponent. Packaging can consist of both a main hovedkomponent integrated hovedkomponent and separated hovedkomponent. An integrated hovedkomponent is per definition a Packaging hovedkomponent which isn't to be separated. from the main hovedkomponent when recycling or during transport. It's important to connect the main hovedkomponent with the integrated hovedkomponent before creating Packaging systems. but especially before doing the Packaging classification for each hovedkomponent. According to the Danish Environmental Protection Agency's regulation, Packaging consisting of a main hovedkomponent and integrated hovedkomponent must be environmentally graded as a whole. We navigate to the main hovedkomponent The jam drawer. I click Edit details by the tab Integrated hovedkomponent. I choose the integrated hovedkomponent from the list to the right and bidrag it over in the empty field. At join type I choose from the drop-down list how the integrated hovedkomponent is connected to my main hovedkomponent. Then I click Save. The jam jar and the label are now linked together in the system. I then need to assemble my hovedkomponent. jar and lid into a Packaging unit. In the Packaging, mouse the Data tab. I click create new and create new unit. Once more, I give my unit a meaningful name. in this example a jam product. I also have to specify the unit type in this case a jar. Then I can assemble the Packaging unit. On the right side of the screen, there is an overview of the hovedkomponent that I have created and these can now be Transact into the unit. When hovedkomponent are dragged into the unit, the system automatically assigns a quantity of 1. If you're dealing with Packaging, for example, a multi-pack, containing multiple hovedkomponent, the quantity can be adjusted accordingly. In our example there is only one of each hovedkomponent in this Packaging. I go back to the Packaging Master Data tab to get an overview of all the hovedkomponent and units created. Now we have Packaging and products created in the system. Then we have the option to create an association between the two. which is not mandatory, but an option. If there's Packaging in the platform which isn't necessarily linked to a product, it can still exist on its own without an association. I navigate to the Products tab. The first page I am presented with is linked Packaging. I click on Link Packaging unit The specific unit is searched for and selected. In this example I have created three different jam jar products. strawberry, raspberry and orange jam. but only one Packaging unit. This is because in this example I used the same Packaging for all three pieces. products and therefore it can be linked to all three. If the Packaging is improved and we need to update the data, I only have to do it once and it will affect all linked products. I know that I always sell my jam in bulk. Basic products and bulk Packaging exist separately in the system. but it allows you to combine or create a relationship between the units. This is done under the Packaging Systems tab. Following this example, we create Jam multiple variants. And I have already created the hovedkomponent and units for this. and can bidrag into the system as primary secondary, or territory Packaging. In my case the Packaging system always contains one bulk, and 24 basic units, which is typed in. Businesses operate differently, as you probably know. Some companies know exactly how many pellets they put on the market. Others use the amount of sold basic products. and some measure at the bulk Packaging level. By assembling Packaging into Packaging systems, and specifying the number of units you can accurately calculate the total amount of Packaging introduced to the market across primary, secondary, and tertiary Packaging. GS1 Trade Packaging gives you the option to carry out Packaging classification for all your packages. watching This is done at the hovedkomponent level. Following the same example, The form is based on design requirements by executive order on Packaging and Packaging waste. and must be indicated with the values low medium or high. If you're unfamiliar with specific material details, contact your Packaging supplier. I fill out all design requirements and when I'm done I click save. Each material subcategory classifies Packaging into levels, based on its environmental impact. and the hovedkomponent is assigned an overall level low, medium or high. I repeat the process for the lid and the environmental graduated contribution of the hovedkomponent of the jam product is now calculated. Lastly, a few practical details about the platform. In the hovedkomponent preview, you can set elements as inactive or active. For example, if certain Packaging is no longer used, but needs to be duct- documented for historical purposes, which is a function that supports legal requirements For the same reason, all activity is locked in the system. Currently, users can see the user responsible for both creation And last modification. Perfect. I hope that. that may just a bit sensitive. despite of the disruption. But we're just going to give an extra additional notice on how to do the Packaging. classification here at this rate. because what were actually important in the last part of the video were and how it works. So it is a bidrag and drop. solution you choose the Packaging classifications next to details then you to address the Packaging waste category and whether it's disposable Packaging or reusable Packaging and then at the end you are then moving towards choosing the material category in the design criteria. So that was kind of the functionality when you saw that. how it works to do so. I'm just going to connect a few more words on what the different parts actually means here So this is the Packaging classification that has been done. on a main hovedkomponent or a separate hovedkomponent. That is the only way that you should do the Packaging classification. it. If this is the gem jar is actually considered a disposable Packaging. and how you can defer whether or not you have some reusable Packaging or disposable Packaging is the reusable Packaging is the Packaging that has its own Circulation. such as pallet, for instance. whenever you are selling a palette, there is a... a high percentage, it's most likely that The pilot would not be sent to the AEF. waste handlers, the companies will simply start using it on their own. So it will never be collected or even for a few times at least. and be considered as Yeah, it's disposable Packaging. But the glass, however, Whenever the consumer or I'm finished with my jam drawer, then I would take my glass and put it in a glass bin. And when that hits the ground, then it just goes into a million pieces. And this is where it's disposable as there might be some raw materials that can be good and being brought back in but the product and the glass itself that is intended it to be disposed in the yeah in the recyclable waste category. In the waste category, there is hazardous waste, recyclable waste, and And then you choose, of course, the waste category. that fits. and the Packaging that you have. The next thing is the material category. This is where you do the environmental classification, where you choose the material category that would be glass for instance, you have a broad selection. Then you say, where does this material go? and the glass would go into bass then you press save and then you will see the Design criteria here, the recyclability grading. at the end. and you simply press edit. And then you enter what you saw in the system and place yourself in the bidrag and drop. on how your material is. So you need some information on what your material actually consists of in order to to do the recyclability rating. These are the informations that are most necessary for both your clients but also for the local PROs. This is where you actually get the knowledge of and yeah what your Packaging does whenever it comes into the market There is this There is this way or there is this issue that we have. interest and that is still an issue and It is a good. It is a good idea to get A good contact and get to know your supply chain of your Packaging. in order for you to do so and we We really see and hear you. with this issue on getting the Packaging information to be compliant with the legislation. In this illustration you see there are two ways. on the one way This is where the responsibility is placed. the company based in Denmark who have responsible for bringing it in or making it available in Denmark. and then there is the local PRO who then makes the declaration upon the authorities. So they are responsible for the handling of the Packaging and making sure that it needs to do what it... supposed to be doing in Denmark. But in order for them to do so, then they need some information of the Packaging, so what it actually consists of. And it's most likely some knowledge that has been placed. in the private label producer or even the Packaging manufacturer. So you need to collect that Packaging information. from your supplier and maybe even your Packaging manufacturer could be placed outside of EU borders. and then you need to explain your Packaging manufacturer. I need to get some information on what material type my Packaging actually is. or glasses. So could you please provide me with some data sheets? or information so that I can be compliant with the Danish legislation. And that is a completely... Yeah, it can be hard and we really see and hear you on that. We have created a letter for suppliers so that you can attach that. with the mail that you are sending to your Packaging. manufacturing if you need to collect that. We have also created a Packaging Excel template on BIA for employees. and we are working on an additional one to just make this process even smoother. But yeah, this is a, there's also, of course you. way and the possibility that the Packaging supplier, Packaging manufacturer could become a part of GTIN-13. once we're Packaging and then you can share Packaging data with one another and then that would be more easier to do so. But what we need to. address and what could be of help is how to actually work with the Packaging template. First, when you need to get the Packaging template, then you enter the The system, this is the dashboard page. You press import. When you press import, then you can download the template. When you download the template you have a few options. You can download a single template or you can download a multiple template. or multiple templates. The multiple templates is for the situations where if you have 10 suppliers that you need to get. Packaging information from then you would choose to download 10 Packaging templates and token each individual one of these suppliers. The reason why is that there is a unique IT built-in. within the Packaging template. that template and It's just, if the... 10 suppliers have chosen to name the box Exact same thing and it consists of exactly the same thing. and then they need to work on the most simple way. And so instead of them. you instructing them how to work with the Packaging data, then the Excel sheets actually just can't defer from that. So you just need to know that this is something to make. things smoother for them to work with Packaging data. I'm choosing to download one for my example here but Just remember 10 suppliers, 10 Excel templates. But the template then is is a mirror of what you see within the system. So this is a GDSN system. on the GSM standard. So the Excel template is without any visuals. But it is the same attributes that you see within the system. This is the product sheet, then there is the hovedkomponent sheet and the Packaging unit sheet. There are the connection sheets. that you then can do. What you cannot do within this template is do the environmental classification. and you cannot do the Packaging system. within that. So this is something that you need to do within the system. But you can get kind of the backbone of the Packaging data from this template and that could be of help and also a way to get started. just to get some data within the system. Okay, perfect. So if you are watching this webinar or attending this webinar, and to share your Packaging data with your retailer. then these are the steps that you need to have in order before you share your Packaging data. You need to create all of the GTIN the product hierarchy, so both the consumer unit and also the the trade item so the trade item that the The base unit is, yeah, shipped in. you create that as a product and the next level as a product. and then you'd link the Packaging unit. to the matching Keaton. So the consumer unit Link to the consumer unit Packaging in the cases linked The case Packaging and then you share. those informations with your retailer. And Just make sure that you have created and done the environmental classification. application on each hovedkomponent main hovedkomponent and separate hovedkomponent and then you share it and then you have done your job. or share them. Okay, so this is kind of the fun part of it. of the webinar. Actually, all of it is one. But you have created all of your Packaging data. You have made sure that you have your Backbone for your Packaging data. you have You have simply done it all and getting everything inside of the system. Now what you need to do is you can actually get some results. based on all of your Packaging data. So this is an example of what a report for submission could look like. What you see here is and also where you see the Packaging classification as a Quite important part of this is this is the results for December Packaging. what a company has brought in December. eh in this template. This is of course just an example I have made. but you can see here in in the report for submission let me just see if i can get my scroller over there anyway You can sort it on your material category, whether it's cardboard, Rigid PT or food and beverages carton. and then it will color sort whether or not the good. whether it is good or it is bad. You have this household and then commercial and then a total sum. These are also the information that you need to to provide with to the your local pro But these are also some information that you can bring on further. To see. Okay, is there anything that we can do about this high category in food? ...beverage's cardens here at the... And yeah. at the left bottom. What is the reason why it is red? And what can we change about our Packaging to do it even better? This could minimize your cost and this could also be better for the environment. And we recommend you to just. get a feeling of what that is. The next part, however, reach out to your supplier. We highly recommend you to get a good contact to your supplier, the ones who has the knowledge about your Packaging. and just as soon as possible before this is yeah this is kind of something that will just keep on going so So Yeah, the sooner the better. And when you are. working with that Packaging and connecting your right your sales numbers on how many you have actually sold. within this amount of time, you will start to get the feeling of... how this actually works and then you can see on all of your other products as well. You need to do all of that, but in order to get started, this is a good... mythology just to yeah start working with Packaging data And yeah, if you're unsure about a classification or a... what the material is yeah please get in touch with your local pro or even your supplier This is a price overview.
