Thank you. Hi everyone, welcome to session on how to get started working with your Packaging data here in GS1 Denmark. GTIN-13 Packaging built by GS1 Denmark We are just waiting for the last ones to attempt, but you can see a bit about the practical information. of the setting of this webinar here. at the slide your microphone and camera are turned off Any questions that you might have, you are more than welcome to address them here at the at the panel and then at the end of this webinar we will have a round of questions Where you of course more than welcome to to ask anything that you want. But just before we are getting started, started We're just waiting for the last ones to attend. And welcome to the ones who have just joined. you you Okay, I think that we are at a reasonable amount now. You can see a bit about the practical information of the setting of this webinar here. and your microphone and camera are turned off. Any questions that you might have you are more than welcome to address them here in in the panel on the right and then we will have a round of questions here At the end. My name is Megan Busk. I'm a part of GS1 Denmark. If you have any questions regarding the system just won't read Packaging or it just won't in general you're more than welcome to reach out to So us here in GTIN, Denmark, we have a whole team. where you can send us an email at info at GS1ID. and if you have any specific questions for this webinar or setting your model welcome to send me an email here at mpe at GS1. Perfect. So this is the agenda for today. This session is built to help you get started working with your Packaging data. from scratch so there's an introduction to the legislation why this system has It's been builded while I assume you are working with Packaging data. Then we are moving towards the how can this system actually help you when you have that knowledge. and then we are getting more or less down to earth on how to practically work within the system. So we have some examples on how to. view your Packaging hovedkomponent, how you can identify each hovedkomponent and how you can make sure that you are accommodating and working correctly in the system. both to the legislation but also to get the results that you actually need. when we have I've gotten a few examples that we are actually having a video on how it works within the system when we have addressed the blank piece in the system and you kind of get the feeling of This is the Basic on how to get started working with your Packaging data. then we are deep diving a bit more into the environmental classification. Also the Packaging classification. and then some best practices on how to manage your Packaging data. in the future. And then at the end, we are having a round of questions if anyone has anything Perfect. But let's just stop by and, yeah. Send the scene. and getting a short introduction to the legislation that This system has been built to accommodate. the extended production responsibility that were implemented here in Denmark. by October 31st 2025 In short, this means that before that deadline, the municipality Palatis were responsible for all of the handling of the Packaging whenever it has ended its life cycle. So both for the consumers and for the companies, when we are finished with the product, and the Packaging and then that responsibility of handling it were placed on the municipalities. but that responsibility shifted. at the October 31st to the companies who were actually responsible for it even being in circulation here in Denmark. So the company who are bringing in Packaging to the English market They were now responsible for the environmental effect. and also the cost of handling this specific type of Packaging. and that set a lot of requirements for each company to collect some data and some knowledge that they might not have before as this just were in legislation and some requirements. that were set in kind of roughly at the 31st. 2025. So the system can help you manage that. type of Packaging data and you're sure to be compliant with all of the necessities that This legislation actually says And the next thing, the PPWR here in GT. in chest when to read Packaging. the Packaging and Packaging waste regulative It was actually something that set in. yesterday. 12th of August. This is a regulation across the Europe. So each European country has to implement and be compliant with this specific regulation and this sets further requirements requirements for your Packaging specifics And as you have In Denmark, you need to have this knowledge on your own. Packaging material types and all of that to accommodate the extended producer responsibility. And this is kind of a... more specific data points in GTIN-13 Packaging for But a lot of similarities are present. in PPWR, so that's kind of lucky. When you are working with Packaging data within Cheese One Tree Packaging, you are sure to be and compliant with both legislations. and Eh When? What is... coming and will be something that we need to and we will keep developing in GS GS1Trade Packaging to accommodate PPWR. is that we see there will be requirements. is is is Up till 20 40 so the next thing that you will be able to do within TS TwentyThree Packaging is to generate this the declaration of conformity DOC Tea. where you are sure if you are asked To have this conformity declaration and you can get it from GS1Trade Packaging We as an organization just want to make uh, Eh we have this support function between the producers and the producer responsibility organization. also regarding the PPWR But just to state the key stakeholders in the producer responsibility and Also in the PPWR, the Ministry of Environment, those are the ones who are responsible. for implementing EPR here in Denmark. then it actually affects the producers. The producers are then the ones who are actually needed. to deliver those informations that the industry of environment demands and make sure that now they have the responsibility. And in order for them to do so they need to become a part of a local PRO, the producer responsibility organization. Those are the ones who can actually Lift the task of the operational part So making sure that all of the Packaging in each stop and all of the Packaging here in in Denmark, that whenever it has ended its life cycle, they make sure that things run smoothly. But in order for them to do so, they need some information from the producer. You They can also help to state upon the authorities this company are responsible for this type of Packaging these amounts and we handle it so that everything runs in flow and everything is fine. Just to state just one thing as an organization before we move on towards towards the system itself. We are a neutral, not-for-profit organization. We're actually a part of GS1 Global. We have a just one organization in 116 countries. where plus 2 million companies are a part of that. There is this one Denmark, this one Sweden, this one China, this one US. We have a a lot of sister organization in the world. in other worlds, in other countries. it Ew. The reason why is our standards needs to work. across borders. So we exist solely on our members. purpose and we exist solely to accommodate those wishes. So we need to make it as simple as possible. It's possible for a company to Yeah. both handle your Packaging data, but your master data exchange and even barcodes. So when you have set a barcode here at your product, This barcode should be able to be read in all of the 116 countries. And Of course, a master data exchange is also when you scan the barcode, when you read the publishing data. This needs to be as easy. to be moved around cross borders as we can see in legislation. this is also an across-border thing. and this leads more or less to why standards matter. When we are addressing Packaging data just in general. A standard is a specification where we have a broad agreement. So we are agreeing on this is what we... language is a standard um settings are our standards, it's evil is kind of standard. when we are addressing And agreeing on this is a like. then we can communicate that. And when we have a real... regulation which sets in a lot of requirements it. Eh. to the knowledge, then we need to have a common language for that. We need to have a harmonization and we need to at least not make this harder than it needs to be. and this would be way much easier if we just have One simple way of handling that and communicating about it. And to all this view that you can see here on the different types of power plugs that you see here on the right that this is actually where there has not been standardization. This is the type of power plugs that you need whenever you are traveling. And that creates a lot of confusion & lot of unnecessarily Yeah. administration for me as a consumer or a traveler. to identify exactly what type of power plug I need to have. before I'm traveling to that specific country. And if there were just one type of power plug. then that would be a lot easier for me. just to travel. And This is actually been up at a European level. but it was not widely accepted. Which is why this is what we are seeing today. But if it were widely accepted, then that would... it gave me some extra time to do other things and this is actually what We are doing with Packaging data. So we are setting the scene of... This is how you accommodate your Packaging data both in the EPR and PPC. ...PWR, and then you are sure to... you Ew. that this is the way you communicated both across borders but also to them. your local PRO but also with Customer you can gather everything here and not use time on creating another process for you to do so. Okay, so this is kind of my favorite illustration, but we're not deep diving into that. The only What you see here is the companies with the producer responsibility. the companies who are actually responsible for bringing in Packaging to the Danish market. There are different flus in there. what you see here is the physical so the Packaging so in the product is being placed in the store, then it's been brought home by the consumer or even the company. then it's turned into waste. It's at the end of its product life cycle. when it has been placed to. waste, then be. waste collectors, waste handlers, they would paint up and if there are any good materials then they are being brought back into production at the raw material line This is what the municipality has been handling before and this is now each company's responsibility. who are bringing in Packaging to Danish market to make sure they have that completely under control. Of course, they cannot do so. So this is why the producer responsibility organization has It's been a in power existing in a responsible for handling this this market But in order for them to do so, they need some data, they need some information. for the flow to actually work so they need some do some information about What can we expect at the different stops in order to get things up and running so there's some information about the products and about the The Packaging that needs to flow from the companies with the responsibility to the ones who are actually lifting the task. And this is where GTIN-13 Packaging lives, where the GTIN-13 Packaging As a company, you can enter it. with all of the information in the mandatory attributes and then you can create your data and then send it as a report for submission to the Produce responsibility, organization, and everything can run smoothly. you This is of course a system that has been building collaboration with our members. So thank you so much for contributing to do so. So we will of course continue to do so. So we as a not-for-profit organization exists solely on the back of the industry and to accommodate those issues. So thank you so much for your collaboration. It just deserves full attention. This is the slide before we are addressing the more high How to part of the webinar. um This is kind of the flow for when you are entering the just want to trade Packaging where you first off start like collecting and structure your Packaging data So this is the first step that you need to do. You need to get the data that you actually need to work. but reach out to your suppliers get your data Sheets ready and you can also see if your suppliers are actually a part of GS This one treat Packaging. And you can do so by sending them a mail. when you have your Packaging data & ready to to structure that. Then you can classify it and then grade your main hovedkomponent. and when you are done you can share it with Customer if that is the reason why you're working with the GTIN-13 Packaging or you can um Okay. You can create your own report for submission on your own. for the collective scheme for that you are responsible for. Okay. So this is more or less the practical part of the I've been away. Now we are addressing some examples so when we are watching the video In a few moments, I highly recommend you to take some mental pictures of those illustrations. as this just... Thank you. gets it perfectly going. on how to work within the system. what you see here is a damn jar so this is the product and this is the finished product if this product Eh. will be sorted at the end of its life cycle. when you have your product you need to separate that into Packaging hovedkomponent and you need to separate it into individual types. so What you see here is the lid. which is a Packaging hovedkomponent. The Enable and Include, which is a Packaging hovedkomponent. and also the glass. The little could be a separate hovedkomponent in aluminium and this should be graded. When you have that type Oops. Packaging hovedkomponent where you are sure This is a hovedkomponent where the consumer would actually place it in the aluminium bin then you need to let and know what they can expect. You will see that more specific in the system on how to, but you need to let the collective scheme know. whenever I'm selling a gym drawer, this is what you can expect the consumer to live in that specific End of life cycle. So in the year plastic bin. and minimum. The label includes, however, That would most likely follow the glass. The glass is the main hovedkomponent as this is the one who weighs the most. The glass, whenever I am as a consumer, I finish with that product. I will take the glass and then I will place it in the glass bin. before I would do so, it's most likely that I would not Remove the label and glue before I would highly just let that be. and then place it in the glass bin. and this is where the integrated hovedkomponent methodology sets in. so when you are done with your glass jar then you need to state which integrated hovedkomponent are following that. being completed. It is important that you do not do the environmental classification here at the label. as then you would work against the legislation you will see You can expect that there are X amount of paper in the paper bin. but it would never actually go to the paper bin. It would just follow the main hovedkomponent. It would also So it will always be a part of the glass. So when you are letting and doing the environmental classification on an integrated... hovedkomponent then you are forcing letting someone know you can expect something to be placed in those bins but they are never actually going to Those bins they are going to the other bin which is glass. But of course you need to you let the bin wear the glass. and some know that there are some labels there will also be some paid over here so what you do is you identify your main hovedkomponent Then you do the environmental classification. And then you also state that at this main hovedkomponent there is an integrated hovedkomponent which is Link. Together they are a Packaging unit. So, In this case, Yeah As a gem producer, I have both strawberry gem, raspberry gem and black. current gym and Hey. This is where I'm actually having different types of products. in the glass, in the Packaging unit. But it is the same year that has been placed a... that has been used across products. So I can in the system just do the work at the end. At the Packaging unit, which is the gem jar, with all of its hovedkomponent and then I create all of my products. and make the association to this specific Packaging unit. In other, or in short, this means you only have to do it once and then do the associations to the different types. types of products and this is where you can start to see some results and see, okay, this is actually a lot that I'm going to do so and what can I improve in order to get a Better green. We can also have an example where it's medicine or yeah vitamins this is just an extended The thing where there's actually two main hovedkomponent is there are two it Eh. There are two handling of it. So when I'm buying this box of vitamin or medicine then when but I'm bringing that home. I have a Fucks. where I'm taking my jar out of the box and then I'm using the product the box I will not save that for whenever I'm done with my product. in the jar so this is something that i will place directly into the air carton Um, and & need to let the collective scheme or the local PRU know and now there are some um Hey. box that you can, the carton that needs to be collected. So this is a different type of you a way to work with Packaging as a consumer. that you as a company need to know. So you need to do it. identify your two main hovedkomponent based on when do you actually expect this specific hovedkomponent to end its product life cycle. Okay, so you have identified the box, you have done the environmental gradient there. and then there is the jar the neighborhood where you need to identify both the main hovedkomponent and then the integrated hovedkomponent and of course as a vitamin producer or a medicine producer I would kind of have different types of products within the same Packaging unit & can create all of my products a new products happen and make the association to this specific type of units And then I would start to see some results on there. Of course, there are different types of Packaging. You can create a parenting system. within GS1Trade Packaging you know you can state the chain of Packaging so whenever there has been placed an order on your specific product you can have and state this is the Packaging that has been involved whenever things are leaving my um, and my company to you and this is what I'm responsible for. So you can structure it on different levels as the legislation would. bias Thanks. Now we are watching a video on actually how to do so. So these illustrations is exactly what we are. going to do the environmental classification creating products creating the master data Packaging hovedkomponent, Packaging units, and then making the associations. This is what we are seeing in the system. Eh. just a few moments and then after we have watched that video i'm deep diving a bit more into the environmental classification. When logging into the system, you first land on this dashboard page. This page provides a quick overview of the hovedkomponent, units, and products you're working with in the platform. As you can see, I have prepared in advance and have already created some elements. In GS1 trade Packaging, products and their Packaging is initially separated. This ensures flexibility, If the same Packaging is used across multiple products, you can maintain this data in one single place. We'll start out by creating a product. I navigate to the Products tab where we create and maintain our products. In this example I will use Jam as my product. When creating a product, we need to provide the brand name, A description of the product a product ID, D and the net content. As a GS1 organization, we always recommend identifying the product Using the GTIN, but this is optional. Now the Jam product is created. As you can see, there are no data fields related to the Packaging on the product page. These data fields only relate to what's inside the Packaging. the product itself. Let's navigate to the Packaging Master Data tab to add the Packaging data. Our Jam product consists of Packaging with three hovedkomponent. A lit. a label and the jar itself. We'll start out by creating the lid. The hovedkomponent must be given a meaningful name so that we are able to identify it later. You can choose to include the material type and weight in the name. We choose the element type A material type and enter in the weight. Next we create the jar for the jam product. We also give it a meaningful name. We specify the element type, A jar? and the material type glass Then we enter in the weight of the jar. The third hovedkomponent, the product label. highlights another feature in GS1 trade Packaging. In the system we can specify whether the hovedkomponent is made of a monomateriale kompositmateriale. meaning that it consists of multiple material layers. In this case, we are dealing with a kompositmateriale and the different layers must be specified. Our label is made of paper. with a Plast coating of LDPE. At the top we enter the weight of the entire label and then we specify for each layer. Paper, which weighs one gram. and the LTP-e PLAS coding which also weighs one gram. The label is also a so-called integrated hovedkomponent. Packaging can consist of both a main hovedkomponent integrated hovedkomponent and separated hovedkomponent. An integrated hovedkomponent is per definition a Packaging hovedkomponent which isn't to be separated from the main hovedkomponent when recycling or during transport. It's important to connect the main hovedkomponent with the integrated hovedkomponent before creating Packaging systems. but especially before doing the Packaging classification for each hovedkomponent. According to the Danish Environmental Protection Agency's regulation, Packaging consisting of a main hovedkomponent and integrated hovedkomponent must be environmentally graded as a whole. We navigate to the main hovedkomponent, the jam jar, I click Edit details by the tab Integrated hovedkomponent. I choose the integrated hovedkomponent from the list to the right, and bidrag it over in the empty field. At join type I choose from the drop-down list how the integrated hovedkomponent is connected to my main hovedkomponent. Then I click Save. The jam jar and the label are now linked together in the system. I then need to assemble my hovedkomponent jar and lid into a Packaging unit. In the Packaging Master Data tab, I click create new and create new unit. Once more, I give my unit a meaningful name. In this example, a jam product. I also have to specify the unit type. in this case a jar. Then I can assemble the Packaging unit on the right side of the screen. there is an overview of the hovedkomponent that I have created and these can now be Transact into the unit. When hovedkomponent are dragged into the unit, the system automatically assigns a quantity of 1. If you're dealing with Packaging, for example, a multipack containing multiple hovedkomponent, the quantity can be adjusted accordingly. In our example there is only one of each hovedkomponent in this Packaging. I go back to the Packaging Master Data tab to get an overview of all the hovedkomponent and units created. Now we have Packaging and products created in the system. Then we have the option to create an association between the two. which is not mandatory, but an option. If there's Packaging in the platform which isn't necessarily linked to a product, it can still exist on its own without an association. I navigate to the Products tab. The first page I am presented with is linked Packaging. I click on Link Packaging unit The specific unit is searched for and selected. In this example I have created three different jam jar products, strawberry, raspberry and orange jam, but only one Packaging unit. This is because in this example I used the same Packaging for all three products. and therefore it can be linked to all three. If the Packaging is improved and we need to update the data, I only have to do it once and it will affect all linked products. I know that I always sell my gem in bulk. Basic products and bulk Packaging exist separately in the system. but it allows you to combine or create a relationship between the units. This is done under the Packaging Systems tab. Following this example, we create Jam Multiple Variants. & have already created the hovedkomponent and units for this. and can bidrag into the system as primary secondary, or territory Packaging. In my case the Packaging system always contains one bulk and 24 basic units, which is typed in. Businesses operate differently, as you probably know. Some companies know exactly how many pellets they put on the market. Others use the amount of sold basic products. and some measure at the bulk Packaging level. By assembling Packaging into Packaging systems, and specifying the number of units you can accurately We calculate the total amount of Packaging introduced to the market across primary, secondary and tertiary Packaging. GS1 Trade Packaging gives you the option to carry out Packaging classification for all your Packaging. This is done at the hovedkomponent level. Following the same example, the jar is our main hovedkomponent as it is our heaviest hovedkomponent. The jar has the label as an integrated hovedkomponent which means they are classified together. And the lid is a separate hovedkomponent. and is classified on its own. I begin with the jaw. First I specify an overall material category. in this case glass. Based on the selected material category, a list of the sign requirements will appear and need to be filled out. I click edit. The form is based on design requirements by executive order on Packaging and Packaging waste. and must be indicated with the values low medium or high. If you're unfamiliar with specific material details, contact your Packaging supplier. I fill out all the sign requirements and when I'm done I click save. Each material subcategory classifies Packaging into levels, based on its environmental impact. and the hovedkomponent is assigned an overall level low, medium or high. I repeat the process for the lid and the environmental graduated contribution of the hovedkomponent of the JAM product is now calculated. Lastly, a few practical details about the platform. In the hovedkomponent preview, you can set elements as inactive or active. For example, if certain Packaging is no longer used but needs to be documented for historical purposes, which is a function that supports legal requirements, For the same reason, all activity is locked in the system. Currently, users can see the user responsible for both creation and last modification Thank you. Perfect. Let me just start by the reason why This video are solely purposed to address Pssst the Packaging data itself and the work in structuring is due to this specific reason in the Packaging classification. what you need to do so in the video and really focus on is collecting data and making a perfect structure from the beginning. And when you have done that, then you have a solid foundation on... all of the other things that you also can do within the system. So, What you need to do is of course collect your Packaging data, structure it in the system identify the Packaging hovedkomponent, connect them into Packaging units, then take the Packaging units and make that association to the product itself. and when you have done that, then you can start by creating produktversion if anything changes in the Packaging you can create the report for submission for your collective scheme and you can also of course finally Shoot. that specific Packaging data with Customer. But before you do so, then this is the most important thing. important thing that everyone is asking for. the Packaging classification itself at the hovedkomponent level. So this is what you can customers really needs to have and what your and collective scheme needs in order for get things up and running operationally. What you need to do so So, Hey. In order to be compliant with the Packaging classification is where at a hovedkomponent level but you do it at the main hovedkomponent or the separate hovedkomponent and then the details in what you can see here at the screen. The details here is the mandatory attributes. So these are the specific things that you need to fill in the pad. The end. hovedkomponent levels, so the weight of the hovedkomponent, the material types of the hovedkomponent, whether or not it's a monomateriale kompositmateriale, and just beside the Packaging classification this is where you are compliant with the Danish EPR So this is where you are a... able to say whether or not this specific type of hovedkomponent or material is disposable Packaging so is this something that will go into the regular The glass for instance or the plastic bin or even Yeah, Brissida's Wraith. or is it recycled or reusable? The reusable Packaging needs to be viewed as a Packaging. palettes such as the Packaging that has its own ecosystem so the pallets are brought into circulation and and they are probably being reused whenever one pallet leaves one warehouse to another then the new warehouse would take that into circulation its own so it's never in there is a lot of and reusing of this specific palette before the collector's scheme or actually our PRO are actually you handling it so this is where you can state whether or not you have This type of Packaging or this type of Packaging in the reusable Packaging. The waste category is whether or not it's recyclable waste, hazardous waste, waste or recyclable waste. and Yeah, this is where you let me know where is this specific material ending at the product lifecycle. And then you are stating the material category. So these are the 12 categories. ...in EPR. where you have the specific empty materials and then you wait select your material category then you will see and be exposed of the recyclability gradient just below. These are the design criteria that you can enter. based on the data sheet that you have from your supplier maybe or even for your own production This grading, whenever you have fill in that you saw in the video, it's kind of a bidrag and drop. ...solution, so this is where you just place yourself. in the category that are based on the announcement here in Denmark. And when you have done that, you will get the final result at the end, whether it's low, medium, high or... in other terms red yellow or Good and when you have entered this specific Packaging classification tab then you have done the most important thing both for the uh Collective scheme. the producers responsibility organization, such as Wiener. You have also than what Customer needs in order to be compliant with the legislation. So I highly recommend deep dive into this add only the main hovedkomponent and the separate hovedkomponent. hovedkomponent and then get the grading at the bottom it then you are addressing the most important. what we are Experience is This still is an issue. It's hard to collect the Packaging data. from your suppliers. It's hard to collect and or just gather the information in order to do the recyclability grading or to enter the Packaging class. because where the responsibility is placed is not necessarily where the knowledge is raised. So in Denmark, when you need to deliver those information, Informations to the Danish Okay. government then They do not necessarily know exactly what your material type is consisting of and the material specifics in order to do what the Danish announcement are requiring. So you need to go back in your value chain in order to get those information and to have those sent to you. This is what you can do within Gizwone. trick Packaging where your supplier ABC can actually share this specific data with you and when we are looking into this harmonization of Packaging data here across borders in Europe. this would be a very useful way. We highly recommend you to reach out to your suppliers to ask are you a part of GS1 trade Packaging and can you then share your Packaging data with this through the system as we then get the knowledge. you If you are watching, to make sure that you have everything in order to share your Packaging data with Customer. This is the step 1, 2, 3 guide. to make sure you have everything in order. We have been through both part of the video addressed it, the Packaging classification slide addressed it. And What is specifically important is that you create Each part with its own GTIN in just one trip 18 so when you have your jam jar and then there's a problem We also are ordering unit and the sales unit here at the The trade items on the box it There are two GTIN involved here. So what Customer is ordering from is probably the sales unit, the trade item and then you should create that as a product. Also, it's not that likely to do so at the palate. And the boost likely they would not have it eaten. M But you're a consumer in it here. and also the trade item. When you have created those as product, then you make the association to the equal level. So the consumer unit has jam jar and the the trade item has the box, the shipment box. and then the third level is the palette that would have the palette wrapped. if that were the case. make sure that you have linked that and then you have shared all of these three levels and make sure that you have created a Packaging system where you state This is the amount of Packaging involved whenever you are ordering this type of Airparks to me. Okay, so this is... When you have done all of this hard work in creating your Packaging data and having a structure for it we highly recommend you to also use that data to create a report for submission on your own. and collect everything in one system. So when you have collected all of your Packaging data and you have a way of structuring that within the system then you can easily create a report for submission For your own local PRO hear from reports in just want to repeat you You can create a report, you can add on you are and all of the muscle classification and the Packaging classification and the products stating, for instance, your products you have sold X amount of the different types of jam jars and then this could actually be the result of that This is where you can see all of the hard work in the Packaging classification. where you have X amount in cardboard, you have X amount in... at in PET plastic and you have that in fruit and beverages garden you can see the household amount the commercial amount and then you total sum and where you can see the low, mid, low and high. Red yellow and green you can actually get the results in order to What do I need to do to completely remove? the red part so what do we need to do to own maybe a yellow includes. Okay. This is in the report for submissions tab that you need to do. Okay, so just before we are having the price slide. here are some best practices for managing your Packaging data. We recommend you not to read the full announcement for the the Packaging here in Denmark but it is a good thing to be aware of what is it actually a We have a responsibility. for that in Denmark. So they have some guidance. And you can also reach out to your local PRO to just get familiar with it. But we do it. Eh. advice highly and accommodate you to really get is a good contact with your suppliers you need to collect the data and you need to establish this contact to continuously having the updated Packaging data to be compliant with the legislation. is reaching out to your suppliers and and get a flow up and running here.
